Refund Policy

At Karam Kitchen, we want you to enjoy every meal. If something isn't right with your order, please let us know and we'll do our best to make it right.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Before preparation begins: If your order has not started being prepared, you may request a full cancellation and refund by contacting us immediately by phone.
  • After preparation begins: Once your order is in the "Preparing" status, cancellations are no longer possible as food preparation has already started.
  • Scheduled orders: Scheduled orders can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled time.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:

✅ Full Refund

  • Incorrect order received (wrong items delivered)
  • Order not received at all
  • Order cancelled before preparation
  • Food safety concern (foreign objects, underprepared food)

⚠️ Partial Refund or Store Credit

  • Missing items from your order
  • Incorrect customization (e.g., wrong sauce, missing modification)
  • Significant quality issues

❌ Refund Not Applicable

  • Change of mind after order is prepared
  • Failure to pick up within 1 hour of ready notification
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
  • Taste preference or personal dissatisfaction (we're happy to adjust for next time)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

4. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card used at checkout).
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

5. Promotional Codes & Discounts

  • If a promotional code was used, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid.
  • Promotional codes are non-refundable and cannot be re-issued after a refund.
