1. General

These terms govern your use of the Karam Kitchen website and our online food ordering services. Karam Kitchen reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Online Orders

• All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, item availability (sold out items), or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Menu prices, descriptions, and images are subject to change without notice.
• We strive to represent menu items accurately; however, actual dishes may vary slightly from images shown.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable descriptions.
• GST (5%) is applied to all orders as required by law.
• Payment is processed securely at the time of ordering through Stripe.
• Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their specific terms and conditions and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• Delivery fees, if applicable, are displayed before checkout.

4. Order Pickup

• Pickup orders should be collected from our restaurant at the address provided in your confirmation email.
• Please bring your order confirmation (order number) when picking up.
• Orders not picked up within 1 hour of the ready notification may be disposed of at our discretion, and no refund will be issued.

5. Delivery

• Delivery is available within our designated service area.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on order volume, weather, and traffic conditions.
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and be available to receive the order.
• Karam Kitchen is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect address information.

6. Scheduled Orders

• Scheduled orders must be placed at least 30 minutes in advance.
• Scheduled orders can only be placed during our operating hours.
• We reserve the right to cancel scheduled orders if the store is unexpectedly closed on the scheduled date.
